Receive free shipping on all orders in Australia.

All orders are dispatched via Australia Post, complete with a tracking number and signature upon delivery. Once your order has been processed, we will email you a copy of your tracking number.

Additional Information

Orders are insured through MONTASH up until collection.

Domestic order shipping time frames are approximate and may be subject to change as a result of external factors outside of MONTASH’s control.

Returns & Exchanges

MONTASH happily offers customers an exchange or store credit in the event of change-of-mind. Please refer to Additional Information for requirements.

Should you wish to return an item, you are more than welcome to post your purchase back within 7 days of your order delivery date. We also offer exchange or store credit (valid for 12 months), within 14 days of order delivery date. Should you require this option, please email us at boutiqueonline@montash.com.au including your order number and any relevant information.

Exchanges

Returned items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.

For Health & Safety reasons, we cannot accept exchanges or returns for pierced jewellery.

Should an item require posting back to MONTASH, postage costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless otherwise stipulated).

The choice of postage method is up to your discretion, though we highly recommend using Express Australia Post with a signature and insurance cover as MONTASH cannot be held responsible in the event of lost or damaged parcels.

Additional Information

 Exchanged item/s will be dispatched once the returned item/s have been received, in original, unused and re-sellable condition, and has undergone assessment by MONTASH.

Store Credit

 If a store credit is preferred, please state this information in your email to us.

Store Credits will be valid for 12 months.
